Operational Excellence is a pathway to developing opportunities that will enhance the university’s mission and fiscal resilience. Through this effort, designated leaders are empowered to take charge of evaluating and implementing changes, with appropriate resources to support those shifts. Through Operational Excellence, the U may improve efficiency, achieve better outcomes for students, save money, and more — any of these results is a success.

Academic Taskforce Information -
Operational Excellence began in late 2023. It is not a one-and-done project, but rather a permanent pathway toward continuous improvement. As part of this effort, the U has invested in a full-time Operational Excellence Team to support ongoing efforts across campus.
